Constructed of weathered Alaskan pine with wood-shingle roofs, six one-story detached Beach Villas and three one-story two-unit Beach Houses are arrayed along the beach. Porches lead to weathered-wood sundecks furnished with cushioned lounge chairs, umbrellas, and hammocks.

Sundecks fronting the two two-bedroom Beach Villas and one three-bedroom Beach Villa contain heated swimming pools, with the three-bedroom Beach Villa's pool measuring a generous 40 by 24 feet.
All bathrooms include blue-tile stall showers, separate tubs with flat wood rims, and twin-sink wood vanities. In addition to bathroom showers and tubs, the three one-bedroom Beach Villas and the three-bedroom Beach Villa feature spacious open-air shower gardens consisting of waterfall showers, wood-and-stone walls, and wood grates surrounded by smooth, bleached river stones. (The three-bedroom Beach Villa has two shower gardens.)
Two- and three-bedroom Beach Villas include private, 24-hour butler service and full kitchens for butlers to prepare guests complimentary breakfasts and light lunches. One-bedroom Beach Houses and one- and two-bedroom Beach Villas include four-chair dining sets with gray-marble-top tables for room-service meals.
