Hotel Villa Costanza is a boutique hotel, one of the few hotels classed as a superior three-star. The hotel stands 250 metres from the railway station of Venice-Mestre, creating a welcoming, relaxing ambiance in a valuable nineteenth-century building,restored with ancient materials to make any stay in Venice that little bit more special. Careful restoration of the nineteenth century building was completed late 2009. This work has optimised spaces, making for a comfortable stay with the inclusion of today's modern comforts whilst maintaining an environmentally-friendly approach (solar panels, photovoltaic modules, etc.).
The hotel provides its guests with 26 non-smoking rooms, furnished stylishly and soberly. All rooms (single, double, triple and junior suite) offer high comfort standards and services.
