Las Terrenas is a town in the province of Samaná in the Dominican Republic. Las Terrenas is becoming more and more popular for both foreigners and people from Santo Domingo. Access to the town has been greatly facilitated with the construction of the new highwat between Samana and Santo Domingo. Traveling time has been cut to only 2 hours. There is also a new international airport used for connections to Europe and Canada.
