Personal Comments about the Blau Beach Resort Natura Park: I just recently returned from a trip to Natura Park and was pretty disappointed. The resort itself was beautiful and the food was amazing but the room and the service was lacking - a lot. To get to the rest of the rest of the resort from the lobby, you need to go down two flights of stairs.. no elevators available. This creates a problem when you have heavy luggage and the hotel staff don't offer assistance. When we got into our room we discovered to single beds, not double beds in a very cramped room. Also, we didn't have any toilet paper or towels. We were pretty excited to start our day but very again disappointed when 3 out of 6 of the bars were closed - this was the case the entire trip, except at night it was only two. The night entertainment was boring on a good night and the staff who were supposed to be getting the audience involved weren't aware or what was appropriate with guests and what was not. Because I was a girl traveling with another girl, the staff thought this to be an open invitation for touching us. I thought this was very unprofessional and it continued the entire trip with various staff. On many occasions our wake up call would never come, which was enraging because we got it for a reason. Two nights out of our stay, they had what the called a "market" which was actually random people coming into the resort to sell stuff. All 20 of these people would line up right in the middle of the resort, which you had to go through to get to everything at night, and they would just hassle you and be rude with you if you weren't interested in buying their stuff. Regardless, there were good aspects of my stay. The food was amazing at every restaurant and at the buffet and they offered a lot of good activities during the day. Also, the beach was gorgeous and very long. I would not recommend this resort to anyone unless they are interested in a resort with a small dirty room, bad service and creepy staff members.
